My Grandson David

When my grandson David was diagnosed with autism, many things changed.

The family was looking for a quality weighted blanket so he could sleep through the night. I couldn’t find any quality ones which were affordable, so I made one for him myself. After I saw how well it worked for him, and realized how many more needed these blankets at an affordable price, I decided to start  Affordable Weighted Blankets.

We created this blog as a resource for parents and caregivers of people with Sensory Processing Disorder, with Autism, ADHD, and the numerous other special needs out there.
